Shots fired incident under investigation in Seaford

Delaware State Police are investigating a shots fired incident that happened just after midnight last night.

We’re told that at around 12:06 a.m., troopers responded to a residence in the 23000 block of West Middlecord Circle for a shots fired complaint. On arrival, it was discovered that unknown suspect(s) fired multiple rounds at the residence, which at the time was occupied by six people ranging from ages 11 to 51.

Further investigation revealed that the outside of the home was hit a total of nine times, and one bullet was found in a bathroom. There were no reports of injuries.
