Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a serious crash involving a pedestrian and another vehicle.

According to police, the accident happened at around 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of South Dupont Highway and Lochmeath Way in Dover.

At this time, southbound lanes on South Dupont Highway are closed. Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes of travel.
