The Delaware General Assembly is scheduled to resume on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in Dover. 

The pressing issues include the 2019 state budget, Correctional facilities upgrades, Marijuana legalization and revenue enhancements. 

Governor Carney will present his State of the State address this month and will release his proposed budget for legislative review on January 25, 2018.

Also on the agenda is filling several judicial vacancies statewide.
